Thanks for your interest in becoming a carrier for United Road Logistics LLC. Below are our requirements for becoming an approved carrier. If your company is not compliant with one or more of the qualification criteria contained in this registration process, you may return at another time to register once the non-compliant items are corrected.
- Liability Insurance Requirements: Limited to $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate (USD) for bodily injury and property damage.
- United Road Logistics LLC requires at least 180 days of DOT Authority.
- Cargo Insurance Requirements:

- Your insurance company must have a B++ rating or higher.
- If you have 3 or more SMS scores above the below thresholds or have been rated Conditional by the DOT within the past 3 years, you will be required to submit a Corrective Action Plan to be reviewed for an exception.

- United Road Logistics LLC does not register carriers that have gooseneck trailers.
- United Road Logistics LLC requires your insurance company to send a Certificate of Insurance listing United Road Logistics LLC as the certificate holder and also listing United Road Logistics LLC as additionally insured on the auto liability. Certificates must be sent directly from your agent’s email to [email protected].
- United Road Logistics LLC will need either a voided check with your company’s name on it, or a letter from the bank with the bank’s letterhead stating your account and routing number, or a screen-shot of your account and routing number showing your name or company’s name and the bank’s name.
